We want you to love your Turf Sweeper™. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your Turf Sweeper™ arrives defective or becomes damaged during normal use, please contact us at support@planmakego.com with a photo of the issue.
We’ll gladly send you a free replacement or issue a refund — no need to return the defective item.
Wrong Item Ordered
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or model for your vacuum, we ask that you return the unused item in its original condition.
- Please contact us at support@planmakego.com within 7 days of delivery.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned item, you can choose:
- A full refund for the product price, or
- A replacement part, with a $5 shipping charge for sending the correct item.
If you would like a replacement, we will email you a secure checkout link where you can easily pay the $5 shipping charge.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo, if applicable
